One-to-one breathwork.

Breathwork works with the body — with what's held physically that the thinking mind can't always reach. You breathe in a structured pattern I guide you through, and the nervous system shifts into a state where stuck emotion can move.

It's not meditation and it's not yoga breathing. Sessions are one-to-one, in Ealing or online via Zoom, £125 each with packages available.

Structured breathing, guided throughout.

You lie or sit comfortably and breathe in a pattern I guide you through. Some people cry, some feel a physical release, some feel calm — there's no single right experience. You stay aware throughout and I check in with you constantly.

Breathwork works on its own or alongside hypnotherapy across a course of sessions — the body-led and subconscious sides of the same work.

What does breathwork involve?

Is breathwork safe?

For most people, yes, when guided properly. There are some conditions where breathwork isn't appropriate, including certain cardiovascular conditions. The free intro call exists so I can check before we begin and refer you on if it isn't the right fit.

Can I do breathwork online?

Yes. Guided breathwork works well over Zoom — you have a quiet space at home and I guide you through the session live.
