Online sessions via Zoom work well for both hypnotherapy and breathwork, wherever in the UK you are. You need a quiet room, a stable connection and headphones. Everything else works the way an in-person session does.

How online sessions work

Simple to join, wherever you are.

  • Sessions run on Zoom, weekly or fortnightly, the same length and structure as in person
  • You'll get simple setup guidance first: a quiet room, headphones, and a chair or couch where you can settle
  • The free 30-minute intro call happens online too, so you can feel how it works before booking anything

Hypnosis is a focused state rather than a sleep state, and it does not depend on being in the same room. Doing the work from your own home means you finish the session already somewhere safe and familiar. Energy healing is the one part of the work I prefer to keep in person.

The format holds up well. Hypnosis is a focused state rather than a sleep state, and it does not depend on being in the same room. The structure, length and intake are identical to in-person sessions, and the work is not a replacement for psychiatric care.

What do I need for an online session?

A quiet room where you won't be disturbed, headphones, a stable internet connection, and a comfortable chair or couch. Setup guidance comes before your first session.

Which parts of the UK do you work with?

All of it. Online sessions are open UK-wide, with in-person sessions available in Ealing, West London for anyone close enough. Time zones beyond the UK can usually be accommodated too.
