Hypnotherapy works directly with that story; breathwork settles what the body holds around it. In Ealing or online, £125 a session, with 25 years of practice behind it.

Low self-worth rarely sounds like 'I have low self-worth.' It sounds like overthinking, second-guessing, fear of judgment, and feeling like an outline of yourself. We work with the story underneath, not the surface symptoms.

We get to the root of the worth story and work with it in a focused state, so the change holds rather than needing constant topping-up. We agree the shape of the work in the first session.

Can hypnotherapy build confidence?
Hypnotherapy works on the unconscious story about your own worth that sits underneath low confidence, rather than layering motivation on top. That tends to last longer than affirmations. Self-worth work often runs six to ten sessions.
What's the difference between this and coaching?
Coaching usually works with goals and behaviour; this works with the belief and emotional patterns underneath. The two can complement each other. If structured goal-work is what you want, I'll say so honestly on the first call.
