What I work on · Business & visibility
Hypnotherapy for imposter syndrome & fear of visibility.
You've earned your place and you still feel you have to prove it. Imposter syndrome shows up as the fear of being found out, the fear of being seen, undercharging, over-delivering, second-guessing, and shrinking when it matters most.
This is the work I do most. Hypnotherapy works on the unconscious story running underneath — not affirmations, not motivation — with breathwork for the nervous-system side. In Ealing or online, £125 a session.
What it looks like
Capable on the outside, exposed on the inside.
- imposter syndrome
- fear of visibility
- undercharging
- procrastination
- shrinking
- perfectionism
For people in leadership, business and any room they've earned the right to be in but still feel they have to justify. We get to the root of where 'I'm not enough' and 'I'll be exposed' were learned, and work with them directly.
How the work helps
The pattern underneath, not the pep talk.
Hypnotherapy works at the identity level — the belief running the pricing, the pitching, the saying-no. Breathwork settles the physical fear that comes with visibility. We agree the shape of the work in the first session.

Common questions
Asked most often.
Can hypnotherapy help with imposter syndrome?
It's the area I work in most. Hypnotherapy works with the unconscious 'I'm not enough' and 'I'll be exposed' patterns underneath imposter syndrome, rather than managing the symptom. Most courses of work run four to six sessions, sometimes longer for deeper-rooted patterns.
Is this for business owners and professionals?
Often, yes — much of this work is with people in leadership, business and public-facing roles who appear high-functioning but carry constant self-doubt. It also helps anyone whose imposter feelings are more personal than work-related.
Do we work in person or online?
Either. In Ealing in person, or online via Zoom UK-wide. Many people mix the two.
