Hypnotherapy a few minutes from Acton.
My practice is in Ealing W5, one neighbourhood over from Acton. From most of W3 you can be here in around ten minutes, by car along the Uxbridge Road or by tube from Acton Town.
The work is hypnotherapy first, with breathwork and energy healing alongside where they fit: confidence, self-worth, anxiety, people pleasing, imposter syndrome and the patterns underneath them.

Easy to get to, easier to keep up.

- Around ten minutes by car along the Uxbridge Road from central Acton
- From East or North Acton, the Central line to Ealing Broadway is the simplest route
If a given week makes travelling awkward, sessions can happen online via Zoom instead. The work is identical either way, and you can switch between the two as life requires.

Yes. You can alternate between coming to Ealing and meeting on Zoom, depending on the week. The work is the same either way.
What does a first session cost?
Private sessions are £125 in Ealing or online (£150 in Central London), with packages available. Before any of that there's a free call of up to 30 minutes so we can both be sure the work is the right fit.
